Product Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Spray nozzles are devices responsible for distributing fluid over the desired surface.
\nSpray nozzles, with spraying capability at angles of 30, 60, 90, and 120 degrees, offer spray patterns in circular, elliptical, and square forms.
\nUniform fluid distribution over a wide range of flow rates and pressures is the most important feature of this type of nozzle.
\nThese nozzles are mainly made of stainless steel or brass.
\nFire suppression, gas cooling, dust control, odor control, and product washing on conveyors are among the key applications of these spray types.<\/p>\n

Operation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In this type of nozzle, also known as hydraulic nozzles, kinetic energy of the fluid and movement patterns are used to convert the uniform flow into fine droplets.
\nBy increasing the fluid pressure at the spray nozzle inlet, the flow rate increases and the droplet sizes become smaller.<\/p>\n
