The fusible plug is a safety component used in compressed air systems and steam systems.
These plugs are considered the last line of defense and are used to prevent catastrophic events caused by excessive temperature rise.
Fusible plugs, with their reliable performance, protect tanks and machinery against temperature increases.

The fusible plug contains a meltable alloy placed inside a body made of brass, bronze, or stainless steel.
The internal alloy has a specific melting point lower than the melting point of the plug body.
If the temperature exceeds the specified limit, the internal alloy melts and causes the tank pressure to be released.

Operation in compressed air systems:
Fusible plugs play a vital safety role by reducing pressure caused by temperature rise, preventing explosion and fire.
Operation in steam systems:
These plugs are installed on steam boilers to reduce the risk of explosion caused by excessive steam pressure.

Reliable Thermal Safety:
In the event of temperature exceeding the safe limit, the fusible alloy plug melts, triggering pressure release or flow shutdown to prevent explosion or equipment damage.
Robust and Precise Construction:
Threaded body made of bronze, brass, or high-strength alloys, with a conical orifice sealed by a low-melting-point metal.
Suitable for High-Pressure Systems:
Applicable in steam boilers, hydraulic couplings, and fire suppression systems such as deluge valves.
Compliance with International Standards:
Designed and manufactured according to NFPA, ANSI, and DIN standards to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Wide Temperature Response Range:
Available for 70, 95, 110, 125, 140, 160, and 183 °C, with options for custom temperatures upon request.
Independent of Electrical Power:
Fully mechanical operation requiring no external power or controllers, ideal for industrial environments without electrical infrastructure.
Easy and Quick Installation:
Threaded design allows direct mounting on equipment without special tools or process shutdown.
Broad Industrial Applications:
Widely used in oil, gas, petrochemical, power plants, and industrial safety systems.
